Heating and Cooling Help for Kennesaw, GA
It's July, your thermostat says 78 and climbing, and you have people coming over after the game. That's the call we get most from homes around Legacy Park this time of year: a system that ran fine all spring and just gave up on the hottest afternoon of the month. We answer, we get someone to your door, and we tell you what it costs before we touch anything.

Kennesaw is right down the road
Kennesaw sits in Cobb County, ZIP codes 30144 and 30152, between Kennesaw Mountain and Kennesaw State University. We work all through it: Legacy Park and its dozen-plus neighborhoods, Pinetree Country Club and Wetherbyrne Woods near campus, Heritage at Kennesaw Mountain, and the homes and new townhomes around historic downtown Kennesaw.
Chastain Road, Barrett Parkway, and Cobb Parkway carry most of the traffic here, and we know which I-75 exit gets a truck to your door fastest.
Three eras of homes in one city
Kennesaw's housing stock spans decades within a few miles. Pinetree Country Club's homes and condos went up mostly in the 1970s and 1980s, Legacy Park between the mid-1990s and mid-2000s, and new townhome communities near downtown and Barrett Parkway are still going up today.
If your home is from the Pinetree era, the system has likely been replaced at least once, but the ductwork may be original. Legacy Park homes are now at the age where first-generation systems wear out. Newer townhome? The builder-grade unit installed at closing is starting to show its age too. Either way, the fix usually isn't a mystery. We just have to see it.
